Return and Refund Policy

Customers are entitled to a FULL REFUND after a return is initiated if they receive an incorrect item (Photo Proof MUST be provided by email). For returns, Royal Organic Blend will pay the shipping costs. 

• When customer returns item for reasons other than those listed above, Royal Organic Blend will issue FULL REFUND once item has been received by Royal Organic Blend. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 
• Products that are returned in an unacceptable condition will not be accepted. In the event that the return package is damaged, spilled, or leaks, we will not issue a refund
